Metering pump -The Effect of Operating Frequency on Repeatability-
A change in operating frequency affects pumped volume and repeatability. Repeatability decreases when the operating frequency is higher than the value specified on a drawing. An example of measured changes in repeatability resulting from varying operating frequencies is shown in the table below.
Model Number Used: NRP-500P
Measurement conditions: The pumped volume is set at 500 mm3 when the operating frequency is 2Hz.
Other than the conditions specified, the measurements follow the standard test conditions.
