TFS Takasago Fluidic Systems

Invitation to SLAS 2024 - International Conference and Exhibition

January 30, 2024

In addition to the MD&M WEST 2024 in CA, USA, our innovative products will be exhibited at the SLAS 2024 International Conference and Exhibition from February 3rd to 7th at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in Boston, MA, USA. Our distributor, Clark Solutions, will exhibit our products at Booth #165 (We will be there from February 5th to the 7th!). Please feel free to visit their booth, see the Takasago products they are showing, and learn more about our fluidic systems.

SLAS 2024

We are excited to showcase a wide range of products suitable for lab automation or analytical devices, including the ones mentioned below. Take the chance to see and discuss with a microfluidics specialist.

Pen-Type Syringe Pump - SBP Series & Controller SXPC
SBP + SXPC IMG

  • Compact design with high resolution and smooth dispensing.
  • Theoretical resolution at an incredible 10.5 nL at full step.
  • Lightweight for versatile applications, from microscope stages to thermostatic chambers.
  • Continuous, low pulsation, and meager flow rates would be possible using a dedicated controller and alternating between two pumps.

Proportional Pinch Valve [Under Development]
Proportional Valve IMG

  • Adjustable flow rates by varying the applied voltage.
  • Exchangeable tubing for diverse applications.
  • Suitable for oxygen control in ventilators and CPAP devices for sleep apnea patients, sheath liquid and sample liquid control in flow cytometers, and liquid control in drink dispensers.
  • Standard N.C. (Normally Closed) or NO (Normally Open) single-tubing pinch valves are also customizable.
  • Custom pinch valve designs for tubing other than silicone or for other flow rates are also possible.

EOP-Driven Micro Pumping Unit - IBP Series
EOP-Driven Micro Pumping Unit - IBP Series IMG

  • A tiny pump using electro-osmosis.
  • No pulsation or operating noise with no mechanically moving parts.
  • It is ideal for high-pressure liquid delivery without pulsation and is perfect for chip applications.
  • Low power consumption for remote use in challenging maintenance conditions.
  • High output pressure, optional battery operation, and adjustable flow. Wetted materials are PEEK and silicone; the flow rate is 10 μL/min (at applied voltage: 24 V).

Check out our Highly Inert Diaphragm Valves, popular Shape Memory Alloy Valves (SMV Series), and the Compact Pressure Pump System that realizes stable and pulsation-free liquid pumping, among other products.
