We provide our customers with components such as valves, pumps, etc., and design and manufacture Custom Manifolds to satisfy our customers' requirements. These manifolds contribute to a decrease in plumbing and minimization of the internal volume. Depending on the manufacturing technologies, a manifold with channels of a minimum width as narrow as 0.2 mm is also possible to provide. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

CHARACTERISTICS OF CUSTOM MANIFOLDS
CHEMICAL COMPATIBILITY
There are compatible highly chemically inert materials such as PEEK, PPS, PTFE, etc. that are applicable for the manifold.
CHANNEL CONFIGURATION
Flow channel configurations with a standard inlet or outlet and a radial or line type are available according to customer requirements. Using a bonding technique, 3D flow channel configurations that the machining process cannot produce are possible.
NUMBER OF MOUNTED VALVES
The number of mounted valves is selectable. We have the experience of manufacturing a manifold unit with 192 valves.

EXAMPLES OF CUSTOM MANIFOLDS
BUILT-IN TYPE
The valve mechanism is built into the manifold to make a single integrated unit.
ADVANTAGES
Easy to design and economical-friendly model compared to a valve-mounted type as the structure is simple. Fewer parts are used, which contributes to a compact size.
DISADVANTAGES
Mounted valves are unable to be exchanged for repair. Unsuitable for complicated channel configurations.

VALVE MOUNTED TYPE
Multiple valves are mounted on a manifold in which only the channels are machined. Gaskets (mainly elastomers) are used for the channel connection parts. (Advantages) Mounted valves can be replaced for repair. Suitable for a manifold unit using lots of valves. The photo is an example of a manifold mounted with 196 valves.
ADVANTAGES
Mounted valves can be replaced for repair.

Can combine bonded chips, manifolds made of special materials such as ceramics, and other components such as pumps etc. and various structures of manifold can be produced.
DISADVANTAGES
Gaskets (mainly elastomers) are necessary. Therefore, chemical compatibility may be restricted.

IN-LINE TYPE
A flow channel is produced by directly connecting each port of multiple valves in line. A manifold block is not required.
ADVANTAGES
There is no manifold block requirement meaning it requires less space. Valves are replaceable for repair.
DISADVANTAGES
Gaskets (mainly elastomers) are necessary for the connecting parts. Therefore, chemical compatibility may be restricted. Only a line-type of flow configuration is available. Unsuitable for a manifold unit using many valves.
