This fluidic system is an example of a fluidic solution with a manifold as a core, valves, plunger pumps, a thin type piezo pump, a chamber, etc., compactly arranged on it. By minimizing the dimensions and significantly reducing the internal volume of the channels, this solution helped improve detection accuracy, reduce the volume of samples and reagents used, and improve washing efficiency, which contributed to the faster analysis. Compared to the conventional tubing design, we reduced the total unit size to about 2/3.
