MEDICA, the world leading trade fair for the medical industry, is almost upon us. Takasago will participate in COMPAMED, a co-located fair for suppliers. 1. CAP Series [Under Development]
CAP series is a valve-less plunger pump. In comparison with the diaphragm or peristaltic pumps, it achieves high repeatability. It is capable of handling high viscosity fluid medias and continuously delivering liquid. Also, it has a wide range of flow rate which is 0.5ml/min to 90ml/min. The pump is suitable for dispensing reagent, washing liquids, saline, or buffer solutions due to the use of highly inert materials such as PVDF, PTFE and ceramic as its wetted parts. This pump could be used for dialysis machine, immunoassay devices and other applications.

2. Solenoid Valve with Malfunction Detector [Under Development]
Newly developed solenoid valve with malfunction detector. By attaching electrodes to the valve body or manifold, unintentional leakage caused by foreign debris on the sealing part is immediately detected and corresponding information is sent to your device. This function prevents the leakage from affecting the result of the analysis and improves reliability of the device. As future expandability, unmanned management system for predictive maintenance could be possible by adding a monitoring function for valve replacement time.

3. EBP series

Electro-Osmotic Pump (EO pump) is small pump that uses ceramic with electro endosmosis principle. No pulsation or operating noise is generated during its use when compared to the pumps that use motors.
