In contrast to Japan, a developed country where the declining birthrate and aging of population are accelerating under a demographic burden, India is a developing country where the young population is ever-growing under a demographic bonus.

Takasago Fluidic Systems aims to implement open innovation to solve these social issues by identifying the social issues of these two contrasting countries, discussing them together with engineers from both countries, and creating innovation.
As a first step, we held a workshop at T-Hub.

T-Hub is the one of the world's largest incubation centers located in Hyderabad, India, and is an important base where many companies and entrepreneurs gather.

In the first part of this event, lectures were given on the following topics:
1. Characteristics of Japanese people and Japanese organizations
2. Strengths and characteristics of Japan
3. Social issues and solutions in both Japan and India
4. Specific business models of startups that are successful in Japan.

In the second part, a business school-style discussion was held using short cases of businesses that utilize cutting-edge technology, involving the participants at the venue.
