This is an ultra-small solenoid diaphragm valve with the outer dimensions and diameter of 5.7 x H27 mm (Pipe Type: H32.5 mm), a feature is that its highly chemically inert. The internal volume of this micro valve is only 1.2 μL (Pipe Type: 4.3 μL) and the internal volume of the valve chamber, which can be a dead volume, comprises of only 0.75 μL of the internal volume of the valve. PEEK and FFKM are used as the wetted materials for this valve. Materials are able to be adjusted according to your needed requirements.
