This valve is the KV series; it is a diaphragm isolation valve with a width of just 6 mm. Substantial shortening of the flow path between the ports and reduction in mounting space is possible because of the manifold mountable type. The internal volume of this valve is just 10 μL on both the IN and OUT ports.
