Ultra-low-power pinch valve operates only during opening and closing, requiring no power to maintain the open or closed state.
Designed to generate minimal heat, this pinch valve is perfect for controlling fluids with heat-sensitive cells.
The integrated DC geared motor eliminates the need for a dedicated driver circuit, streamlining operation.
Magnetic cover attachment allows for easy and quick tube replacement. Optional specialized tubing with joiners on both ends is available, enabling hassle-free connection to the valve.

WIRING DIAGRAM FOR VALVE WITHOUT CONNECTOR


【Wiring】 Set up a DPDT switch and a 3 VDC power supply (such as a DC power supply or battery). Then, connect the five wires from the valve (red, orange, yellow, brown, and black) according to the diagram on the left. 【Operation】 When the switch is in the position shown in the diagram (with red as positive and orange as negative), the valve will open. Conversely, when the switch is in the opposite position (with yellow as positive and red as negative), the valve will close.

【Wiring】

OPTIONAL TUBING

The optional tubing has a diameter of 24.5mm and features specialized joints at both ends for easy installation onto the valve. Before use, simply connect the tubing to both ends of the tube connector joints. (Compatible tubing size: inner diameter 1.6 mm or 1/16 inch).

Please Note: The tubing included with the optional tubing assembly is non-replaceable.

MOTOR CONTROLLER - RE-V100


The motor controller is specifically designed for the ultra-low-power RV-001 series pinch valves. Connect the RE-V100 controller to a PC to control up to three pinch valves simultaneously. Program settings can be saved directly on the controller. Once programmed and saved via a computer, the controller can operate the pinch valves independently, even when disconnected from the PC. Ensure that the pinch valve(s) are equipped with electronic connector wiring for proper operation.

RV Series Motor Controller

The motor controller is specifically designed for the ultra-low-power RV-001 series pinch valves.
Connect the RE-V100 controller to a PC to control up to three pinch valves simultaneously.
Program settings can be saved directly on the controller. Once programmed and saved via a computer, the controller can operate the pinch valves independently, even when disconnected from the PC.
Ensure that the pinch valve(s) are equipped with electronic connector wiring for proper operation.
