This miniature, slim, and lightweight diaphragm micropump is driven by a piezoelectric element. An external control signal can arbitrarily set the driving voltage and frequency for operating the piezoelectric micropump, enabling flow rate control. It is most suitable to be integrated into small types of equipment.
